Project Leader Summary Description
* This position is for any personnal which are working in a Project Leader position, or working towards a Sales, Designer or Marketing position. You must be willing and able to execute all of the responsibilities of a Apprentice Joiner or Journeyman Joiner & Housewright position, as well as, but not limited to the following:
* You must have all the abilities required to take the shop
drawings and procure materials, and follow all processes through to a completed
project.
* You must meet and communicate with Clients, as well as handle Change Orders
and selections.
* Be responsible for employee & subcontractor scheduling.
* Be responsible for procurring and scheduling equipment.
* Be responsible for all day to day operations of the shop and project site
to ensure a smooth and profitable project, and a satisfied Client.
* Be responsible for projecting phase completion dates and ensuring that these
goals are met.
* Be responsible for providing on-site consultation services as required by
each project & Clent.
* Be responsible for delivering Invoices and collecting payments from Clients.
* Be responsible for requesting post project referrals and letters of recommend
from Clients.
* Be responsible for submitting weekly time and job breakdown reports, as
well as all receipts or Invoices to the office each Monday.
* Be responsible for material shortages or damaged deliveries and take corrective
actions.
* Be responsible for scheduling and moderating weekly production meetings
and safety training.
* Be responsible for employee & subcontractor discipline and reporting
of violations to the office.
