Door & Window Sill Pans

Every Window or door installation by Timberworks Housewrights features either a flexible membrane sill pan, or a rigid sill pan. Now you can provide the same for your own installations!

Do The Job Right!

Our most popular method is to use a flexible membrane to form a pan right in place. This product is self-adhesive and you simply shape it into your rough opening to create an impenetrable barrier against water damage. There are some tricks we use, such as creating a sloped drainage plain, but this is covered better in our "Best Practices" Window & Door Installation Guide. You can view this by Clicking Here.

Our second method is to use a rigid PVC sill pan. These are particularly useful when used on patio door installations. They come with preformed rigid corners that are solvent welded or caulked to the bottom pan. Fast & easy, and very cheap insurance against water damage!
