If you are ready to take the next step in planning for your project, we ask that you submit our Project Questionnaire in preparation for our first meeting.

This will not only get you thinking about the things you need to consider, but also provide us an information base to start from. This form can just hard data of what you are looking for, or a "wish list" of your dream! You decide...

Just as you have many different ways to work with Timberworks Housewrights, you can also select how you would like to share your project information!

You may fill the form out in your web browser and submit it to us, you could save the form to your computer and fill it out later, you could print it out and fill it out by hand, or you could set up a meeting with Timberworks and have us walk you through it.

Naturally, if you choose to save it or print it, you will need to get it to us somehow! All of our contact information is at our Contact page.

And if you do not know how to fill in some of the information, no worries! We will review everything at our first meeting and help you to consider the many options you have working with Timberworks.

About The Form

To access the Project Questionnaire, Click Here.

This will open the Questionnaire in a new window on your screen.

To fill it out and submit it on-line, just start with your information and selections. When you are completed, hit Send and we will be in touch shortly after we receive the E-mail. If you want a copy of your completed form please print it when you are done. The form will not retain your information.

To save the Questionnaire to your computer to fill out later, click on the diskette symbol (upper left of your screen, or File>Save), select where to save it on your computer (remember where you put it!). You can then open it later to work on it.

To print the Questionnaire to fill out by hand, click on the printer symbol (or File>Print).
