Timberworks Houseworks utilizes CAD systems to generate 3D computer models of the "skeleton", the structural elements of your home. This allows us to evaluate, not only the visual design effects, but also the interplay of the structural members in the engineering realm.
We work with our Engineers to refine the structure and to ensure both Code and structural requirements. This collaboration allows consideration of the esthetic and structural requirements at the same time, so there is no disconnect in the process.
Once the structural review and approval is complete, we provide Stamped & Sealed Construction Documents. These are suitable for your building site location, for Building Permit applications.
